MARY B (the manager) is the most miserable, unpleasant person I’ve ever dealt with at a sports facility. Came in Friday, March 13 around 6:00 PM with a friend to play pickleball open play. My friend is a member and I was completely fine paying the guest fee like I’ve done before. The manager working the front desk was Mary (I think Mary B?). She usually wears a beanie, and she had one on yesterday too, so management should easily be able to check the cameras for that time if they want to verify what happened. Right away she had an attitude. I asked about paying the day pass and she told me it’s $18. I’ve always paid $15 before when I’ve come. When I asked why it changed she said β€œthere’s a sign.” There was no sign anywhere saying that. Then she sarcastically says β€œokay fine you can pay $15 since you’re upset.”.... just terrible customer service, especially coming from a manager. Completely unnecessary attitude toward someone who is literally trying to pay to play. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve seen her act like this. She always seems angry and annoyed that people are there, which is strange for a place that’s supposed to be fun and welcoming. The facility itself has

This place has so much potential, but it is being run into the ground, locker rooms are not kept clean, The steam room which is one of the main reasons that I picked this gym has been down for at least six of the last nine months, I was nine months into a 12 month membership and they said they charged me the wrong price, I also swim a lot, and they kept cutting back the hours on the pool. They don’t believe in heat you walk in and the staff is huddled around the space either with a winter jacket and winter hats on most days I am guessing the place must be having financial issues because nothing gets fixed or maintained to an inappropriate level. Price is super high for what you get if you got a full membership with Pickleball swimming and tanning you are looking at about $200 a month crazy. Very disappointing.

Very disappointing experience when I signed up for a League. I originally signed up for a Monday League back in September, with 10/6 start date. Found out a few days prior that because not enough people joined, it was going to be pushed to 10/20 start date. I called on 10/20 to find out there was no League going on that date, with the app telling me I had a pending 10/27 time slot. Received an email on 10/25 that there's a "New DUPR Ladder League starting on 11/3". So clearly my League had been cancelled without any communication. Looked in the app and saw that I had been put into a Tuesday League and that there was like 3 Tuesdays left. Gave them a call and they had no clue why there was such horrendous communication on their part. They could only tell me that there's a new Monday League starting soon, and that the Tuesday League that I was currently in had started beginning of October. I was really looking forward to playing here in a league, but they are just not very professional.

Good spot. Played a Wimbledon vs. my girlfriend and beat her. She can’t handle the stuff. Anyway would be a great place to play

Absolutely loved playing at Martini’s Indoor Pickleball! The decor is clean, modern, and gives off a really polished vibe the moment you walk in. Everyone we met from the front desk staff to fellow players was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about creating a great atmosphere for all skill levels. The courts are well-maintained, and the whole facility is spacious and well-organized. Definitely one of the better indoor spots we’ve played at. We’ll be back for sure!
